Angry employee's resignation speech which outs manager for having sex in the office with female colleague goes viral after he emails it to entire workforce

It is an email that will probably make most senior managers squirm in their seats. An employee at a media agency in London has decided to send a leaving speech detailing his grievances with a company manager to all members of staff. And worse still - that email has now gone viral after it was posted online, with its hashtag trending on Twitter. The phrase - coined by Twitter users - refers to the worker's boss at the UK media agency MEC Global, whose name we have withheld for legal reasons. Employee Kieran Allen, a senior account manager at the company, has lambasted his manager for ruining the past 8 months of his working life. Revealed: Employee and manager at centre of salacious resignation email that accused them of having sex in the office

As one of London’s leading advertising agencies, MEC might have thought that all publicity was good publicity. But it will be feeling rather differently after a damning resignation email sent by one of its employees caused an internet sensation. In the email, sent to the whole company, senior account manager Kieran Allen makes a series of salacious allegations against his boss. He alleges that his 36-year-old boss ‘took a female colleague out for a drink on the day he interviewed her, then later took her back to the MEC offices that night and had sexual relations with her in the meeting rooms on the 3rd floor’.
